My Journey

My yoga journey began in 2015 when I stumbled across yoga while searching for YouTube workouts to improve my flexibility. What started as a casual at-home practice quickly became something I fell in love with. Eventually, I stepped into a studio, and yoga has been a part of my life ever since.

My Practice

I’ve explored many beautiful facets of yoga: Yin, restorative practices, sound healing, meditation, breathwork, and mobility work. I even had the opportunity to train athletes preparing for the NFL Combine, diving deep into anatomy and biomechanics. These experiences have shaped the way I teach, blending science-backed movement with mindful, soul-nourishing practices.

My Teaching

In my classes, I focus on restorative practices that help you clarify your path and come back to center. My mission is to support bodies who are passionate about wellness, mental health, fitness, and creating a lifestyle centered on balance and self-care.

A Little Extra

When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me diving into mindfulness practices and exploring tools to regulate the nervous system—it’s a personal passion that spills over into my work. My goal is to offer dynamic, high-quality teaching that reflects all the profound gifts yoga has brought into my life. Let’s flow, restore, and thrive together!
